As Cllr Kuzemczak could not attend Cllr Wyatt agreed to chair the meeting.

It has been a hard year, 6 games played from September-October. Many hours have been spent on site preparing ground for adult and 5 aside football. A grant was achieved to purchase sit on mower and money was bequeathed to the club enabling them to continue. This money was divided between the football and cricket and was much needed. A committee has been formed, 2 people have attended first aid training and Officer Welfare training. More young players are needed for the team. Crowd funding has raised much need funds. There are 10 matches to play. Condition of the ground is good and the Football team have won 3 and drawn 2.
Cricket. There are matches planned for the Summer. Utility bills have been running at £100 per month the money bequeathed to the club and Sports England have been greatfully received. 4th May match was called off due to the weather. When able they will be offering refreshments for supporters to watch matches. The ground is good. Cllr Wyatt asked if the building will last for the use needed. Dave Bedlow informed the meeting that work has been done to the building including the roof, with a little more to do. The just giving page will be put on the website again. Dog fouling, dog owners a re generally good around 95%, however there are still some who do not pick up. Parish Council will look at adding another bin on the football field. Dave continues to cut the Playpark and empty bins.

05/05/21APM. SPEAKER KAREN RIPPIN.
Karen has agreed to take the role of Litter Picker Lead for The North Thoresby Magpies. Karen has a mass of experience as a Countryside Ranger and will be happy to carry out risk assessments. She will be contacting other volunteers to create a team for North Thoresy Grainsby and Waithe Parish. Points to consider are equipment from ELDC, Public Liability and First Aid kit for the volunteers. Karen has looked around the village and is impressed how clean and tidy the village is and how residents are proud of the village, and will work out a programme of areas to work on. Cllr Fisher pointed out Grainsby Lane to Tetney Road is a concern. Clerk to put Karen in touch with Cllr Smith for equipment.
