Minutes of the North Thoresby, Grainsby & Waithe Parish Council Extraordinary Meeting held at North Thoresby Village Hall on Monday 14th March 2022 at 7.00PM

19:03/22 Declarations of Interest:
a) To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below. Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.

20:03/22 Apologies for Absence:
To receive any apologies sent to the Clerk from Members not able to attend the meeting.
No apologies had been received.
21:03/22 Bank Mandate:
To agree the removal of signatories and addition of signatory/signatories to the bank mandate with Lloyds Bank.
RESOLVED: To remove several signatories that are no longer employees or councillors, to add Cllrs Knight and Wyatt to the bank mandate with Lloyds Bank and to grant the acting clerk, Cllr Tanya Kuzemczak, full access to the bank account in order to make payments.
