Dear Councillor,
You are asked to attend the next meeting of North Thoresby, Grainsby & Waithe Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 13th May 2019 commencing at 7.00 pm in the Committee room in the Village Hall, North Thoresby There will be a 15 minute Public Forum between 7.05 pm and 7.20 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1. The first meeting of new Councillors.
2. New Chairman and Vice will be appointed.
3. The Chairman will welcome new Councillors (Dist & Parish)
4. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given.
(North Thoresby Parish Council requires 3 Parish Councillors to attend meeting).
5. To receive any declarations of interest
(Under the new Regulations of 6 August 2014 any member of the public can have the rights to film and record at Council meetings. Members of the public are reminded that The Public Forum is the only part of the meeting in which it is acceptable for them to contribute or make comment, other than with the permission of the Chairman)
4. Approval of last month’s minutes held on the 1st April 2019.

( iii) Cllr Butters to update on Village Hall Planning application and report from Tree Preservation Officer
(iv) Cllr Kuzemczak & Cllr Knight to update on any Funding Options for Extension.

The Clerk will update on “No Parking Zone” by Bus stops.
12. Dog Fouling:
The Clerk will update if dog fouling notices had been put up. (Cllrs Krawiec,Moor and Wright.
13. Newsletter - Announce deadline and decide who will write articles.
14. Cllr Tim Stone will update on any Grainsby concerns. . Grainsby – Lightening Conductor on Church
Grainsby – Condition of Grainsby Lane & Tetney Lane.
The Clerk said no reply from County Cllr Marfleet with regard to Countrywise details.
