NORTH THORESBY GRAINSBY AND WAITHE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY 8TH FEBRUARY 2021, 7PM. VIA ZOOM.

03/02/21. Agree minutes from January meeting. All agreed. Resolved.
04.02.21. Update from District and County Councillors. Nothing to report.
05/02/21. Public forum. No members of the public attended the meeting.
06/02/21. Clerks report was emailed to Councillors.
07/02/21. (1) Planning application. N/061/02395/20 Second Holme Farm, Grainsby Lane. Tetney.DN365JP. Land siting for caravans. Comments from the last application still stand, concerns regarding the narrow single lane road, no paths or amenities. Cllr Smith informed that the applicant had completed work regarding points raised such as drainage and altered access to site. Points raised by NTPC, the lane may need improvement by developer due to the increased movements of around 20 cars coming and going throughout the day. No comment was reached by Councillors.
08/02/21 Agree to seek quotes for grass cutting. Proposed to get 3 quotes for grass cutting in the village 21/22. Resolved.
09/02/21. Agree to appoint internal auditor. Clerk worked well with the auditor from last year and would like to work with her this year. Proposed to use same auditor as last year. Resolved. Clark will contact the auditor.
10/02/21. Consider signage in the village. Ward funding has been applied for to have signs and share information in the village, await outcome.
11/02/21. Motion from Cllr Wyatt to purchase mobile speed sign. Due to the high costs Cllr Wyatt withdrew proposal. It was thought that a dialog could be opened with Highways to reduce the speeding, Clerk to contact highways to invite to a meeting, consider a village survey to look at the problems and solutions. Resolved.
12/02/21. Agree payments. Resolved.
13/02/21. Resolve to exclude public and press. Agreed. Staffing update was received.
