SUMMONS FOR PARISH COUNCILLORS AND TO GIVE NOTICE OF A FULL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Dear Councillors,  

I hereby give notice of summons to attend an Full Parish Council Meeting that will be held on the following:  

Tuesday 09 January 2024 to commence at 8pm 

The meeting will be held at the Village Hall in North Thoresby.

AGENDA ITEMS 

1.   Welcome to all - Chair will make people aware that the meeting may be recorded. 

2.   Public participation  & questions  – any ques5ons will be at the discre5on of the Chair and per standing orders  

3.   Motion to exclude members of public from participation  – if approved public must remain silent but can observe  

4.   Apologies for absence from any Councillors - to receive and agree  

5.   Declarations of interest – for the Council to note including dispensations presented to the Clerk

6.    Minutes of the last Full Parish Council Meeting (04 December 2023) – agree minutes are accurate  

7.   General expenditure for approval - to formally agree that the payments are acceptable: 

8.   Update and recommendation from Finance Committee - update from Finance Chair and RFO 

9.   Budget and precept recommendation for 2024/25 - discussion and decision  

10.   Planning applications received & results - to Planning Chair to present.  Discuss and agree the decision on each 

11.   Defibrillator at the Village Hall - recommendation and decision  

12.   Resignation of Councillors and update on publishing vacancy and co-option - update  

13.   To agree the date of the next PC Meeting
