N0RTH THORESBY GRAINSBY AND WAITHE PARISH COUNCIL.
ZOOM MEETING 7PN 4/05/2020.
1.Chairmans welcome. Cllr Wright was delayed, it was agree that Cllr Kuzemczak should stand in.
2.Appologies from Cllr Wright she will join as soon as she can.
Cllr Stone joined via phone.
3.Declarations none.
4. Corona virus update. North Thoresby continue to offer support for the vulnerable in the village and no reported cases of the virus to date.
Cllr Wright joined the meeting and was happy for Cllr Kuzemczak to continue.
5. Public forum, no members of the public attended they had been invited.
6. Discuss Stanholme Lane. Drains had been cleared by Environmental Agency and water is flowing.
7. Village hall insurance. Renewal of insurance was discussed and agreed to continue with the cover from last year by Allied Westminster. All in favour.
8. Hall update. Mark the caretaker has been using his time decorating and cleaning the hall, he will need more paint, agreed £50 for paint all in favour. It was agreed that the Parish clerk should send a letter of thanks to Mark for all his hard work and commitment in keeping the hall well maintained during this time.
9. Village calendar. Agreed to look a pricing and ask the Post Office if they would sell them. Bring back information to next meeting.
10. Consider sponsorship for village hall. Cllr Fisher suggested that we could look at sponsorship advertising on a banner at the hall. Motion carried will look into costs.
11. Agree finance payments. All agreed.

Cllr Stone asked about what is happening with the stage. It will be very expensive to replace and now that the cupboard has been cleaned out it is more accessible.
