North Thoresby Grainsby and Waithe Parish Council.
Minutes for meeting 7pm,10th August 2020 held via Zoom. Due to last weeks technical problems this meeting replaces the meeting from 3rd August 2020.

1. Apologies. Cllr Knight will join shortly. (joined 7.10pm.)
2. Declarations none.
3. Election of Chairman. Cllr Kuzemczac will chair this meeting.
4. Chairman report. Cllr Smith and Cllr Aldridge updated meeting regarding changes to ELDC.
5. Public Forum none attended.
6. PLANNING Prospect House, awaiting a site visit to discuss application.
7. Lightowlers update application has been approved.
8. N/133/01140/20 Land off Church Lane, North Thoresby, application discussed and council agreed planning application.
9. N/061/01049/20 Second Holme Farm. Applicant attended meeting and updated all the work he has done regarding the water supply, flood risk, lodges. Agreed insufficient information.
10. RESOLVED. opening of Play Park. RoSPA check being carried out on Park sometime in August. All in favour to reopen Playpark.
11. RESOLVED reopening of Village Hall. Agreed to work with the Caretaker regarding Risk Assessment, update hire agreement and work with Government Guidelines.
12. RESOLVED to purchase a copy of Arnold Baker.
13. RESOLVED. The public toilets to remain closed for the foreseeable future.
14. RESOLVED. To get further information from the Church.
15. RESOLVED Advise to be taken from LALC, Clerk to look into this.
16. RESOLVED to put Climate control on next Agenda,
